Born in Iran in 1978, he graduated from Islamic Azad University of Zanjan in Iran in 2006. He completed his legal traineeship in Iran and, after practising there for some time, came to Türkiye in 2011. Soon after arriving, in 2012, he began a master's degree in Commercial Law at Gazi University Faculty of Law.
After completing his master's degree in Commercial Law at Gazi University in Türkiye in 2016, he began a second master's degree in the Department of Insurance at Gazi University that same year, graduating successfully in 2018.
In 2020 he completed all of his degree-equivalence courses at Hacettepe University in Türkiye and graduated, and since 2022 he has practised as an attorney in Ankara as a member of the Ankara Bar Association. He speaks Persian and Turkish.
In his legal practice he works mainly in immigration and foreigners' law, particularly for Iranians, and works in civil, criminal, administrative, refugee and citizenship law as well as other areas of private law.
